What This Website Collects

Nothing about you personally. The site has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter, and it sets no cookies.

Searching the site happens in your own browser; what you type is not sent to us. If you change the map style on the Contact page, your browser remembers that choice on your device only.

Like every website, the site is delivered through a hosting provider (Cloudflare). To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, it handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use these to identify you.

When You Contact Us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we see the details you share, such as your name, number, address and order. We use them only to answer you and to prepare and deliver your order, and we keep them only as long as needed for that and for our records.

WhatsApp is run by Meta and email by your email provider, each under its own privacy terms.

Your Rights

Under Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to sales@v1.co.tz or visit the store.

Changes

If the website starts collecting anything new (for example visitor statistics or online orders), this page will say so first. Last updated 22 October 2026.
